A place everyone should visit
Bermuda to me is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and I think anyone else who has been there will agree with me. It is one of the brightest and most colorful countries I have visited in my life. It has the worlds most beautiful pink sand beaches, warm deep blue water that you can stay in for hours on end, and a brilliant golf course that makes for a brilliant spectacle when flying into the island.
Certainly one of the most exciting and interesting parts of the holiday when visiting Bermuda is flying into the island. As you approach the island you can look down to see it’s deep blue waters which are just spectacular. As you begin to fly over the land you get a great view of the island itself which is fantastic to look at. The island is so colorful and has some of the most brightly colored buildings I have ever seen.
When visiting Bermuda there is so much to see and do. There is the Maritime Museum that has all of the island’s history and has exhibits on tourism, slavery and immigration. You can even visit one of the first English towns established in North America, St. George. St. George is a beautiful little town with some lovely restaurants and lots to do. It is a brilliant place to go for a day trip when visiting the island. However, if you are not excited by the thought of visiting historical towns and museums for your trips away not to worry. Bermuda still has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world that can be enjoyed by anyone no matter what age. These beaches are lovely to visit and relax on for the day and dipping in and out of the water to cool off if you get a little too hot.
There are also some brilliant tours to go on around the island. I myself went on a jet-ski tour that lasted about an hour. We went in a group of about ten, on jet-ski’s led by an instructor around the island through the various sounds, such as “Harrington sound” and seeing various famous attractions on our way such as the famous shipwreck which can be swam into and explored. The tour was brilliant and very exciting as we were whizzing around the island on jet-skis.
All in all, I think Bermuda is one of the world’s hidden gems. It is, in my opinion the most beautiful country in the world and is one not to be missed.
